By accessing or using SubRadar (operated by Goalin LLP / ТОО Goalin, Republic of Kazakhstan), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
SubRadar is an AI-powered subscription tracking application available as a web app (app.subradar.ai) and mobile apps (iOS, Android). Features include AI-powered subscription search, voice input, screenshot scanning, smart reminders, spending analytics, and report export.
You must be at least 16 years old to use SubRadar. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will terminate the account immediately.
You may register using Google OAuth, Apple Sign-In, or email with a one-time code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account.
You agree not to:
Mobile (iOS/Android): Paid plans (Pro, Team) are available as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is processed by Apple/Google. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your device Settings.
Web: Paid plans purchased via the web are billed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval.
Free trial: We may offer a 7-day free trial for Pro. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

SubRadar uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) for voice transcription, subscription search, and screenshot parsing. By using these features, you acknowledge that your input data (voice, text, images) is temporarily sent to OpenAI for processing. This data is not used to train AI models and is deleted after processing. AI results are approximate and should be verified by the user.
All content, features, functionality, design, trademarks, and source code of SubRadar are the exclusive property of Goalin LLP. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your subscription data belongs to you.
SubRadar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Financial data shown in SubRadar (amounts, dates, analytics) is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, tax, or legal advice. Always verify important financial information independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goalin LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of SubRadar. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SubRadar shall be resolved in the courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through email communication with us for at least 30 days.
